Ellicott City, MD – Lillian B. (Cook) Palm 95, formerly of Whitman, MA and Falmouth, MA, died Tuesday April 8 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold R. Palm. Born in Brockton and raised in Whitman she was the daughter of the late Milton R. and Rena C. (Emond) Cook. Lillian was a graduate of Whitman High School, Class of 1936 and furthered her education attending Burdett College and graduating in 1938. Lillian had divided her time between her summer home at New Silver Beach in North Falmouth and Whitman. She had been a lifelong and active member of the Whitman community, having been a member of the Mothers Club, the Woman’s Club and the Garden Club all of Whitman, and in later years she was active in the Whitman Senior Citizens Club. She is survived by her daughters Sheila Solomon of Ellicott City, MD and Gaynor O’Brien of Falmouth. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
